Company Administration


Another advantage to Teneo over other online or video based learning programs is the company Administration section. When your company signs up for Teneo, you can access the Administration section where the training coordinator can create custom Lesson Plans for your users. When creating a Lesson Plan, the training coordinator can choose the applications and modules of the application that are available.

For example, if you want your Office Managers and general office users to learn Microsoft Word, you can create two Lesson Plans. In the first Lesson Plan you can choose to add more advanced features of an application, and in the second Lesson Plan you can focus on only the basics.

The Training Coordinator can then create a group for Office Managers, and a group for your general office users. Users can be added to each of the groups based on their job function. Once users are added to groups, the Training Coordinator can then assign specific Lesson Plans to those groups. When a Lesson Plan is assigned to a group, each user in that group is notified via email of the new Lesson Plan assigned to them. Once they log into Teneo, all the selected videos in that Lesson Plan are displayed in the user’s dashboard so they can begin viewing the content for that plan.
