Testing

While being able to customize the Lesson Plans, and go view course content at your own pace is important, a training class is only useful if users are retaining the skills presented. For this reason, we have also added a testing element to Teneo to further set it apart from other online and video based learning programs.

Upon completion of the lessons in a specific section, users will be presented with a series of test questions. Each video in a section will have from 1 to 2 questions to test what the user has learned. Once a user has taken a test, the user will immediately be notified of the results of the test. If a user fails to pass the test on that section, they can take it again after they view the videos again as needed.

Test results can be kept on file for historical and auditing purposes. This is especially useful if the information in that module is needed as part of a job requirement.
